Dr Philip Groves

Philip Groves is the Managing Director of JOPL. Phil joined JOPL in 2015, and specialises in supporting organisations manage safety prosecutions, enforceable undertakings, and regulatory activity.

With a background as a solicitor, Philip brings a ‘legislative compliance’ focus to his work, supporting clients across safety, quality, environmental and corporate governance requirements.

Philip completed his PhD in 2016 on the topic of workplace bullying and psychological workplace safety.
